Who We Are

The Jadu Fundamentals - Keys to unlocking your Symptom Spectrum  was founded by R. Toddy Jadoo.

She is third generation muscle therapist from the island of Trinidad.

Her interest in the functions of the human body led her to bodywork. For over 20 years she has been involved in the creation of techniques that would bring the body and brain in balance.

After working on thousands of bodies she developed Muscle Memory Therapy:The Torso Factor.

She works on athletes such as golfers, runners, tennis players, baseball players, footballers, and bodybuilders to help them in their quest to create the environment where their bodies can perform without muscular restrictions.

She also works in conjunction with  treatment protocols from medical/healthcare professionals and collaborates with them on results achieved.

Jadu Fundamentals also works with corporations to create and develop programs for their employees. Successful programs reduce poor workplace ergonomics and educates the employer/employee on good mechanics to avoid future reoccurrences.

For 9 years she volunteered at the Halifax Hospital's "We Can Weekend" for Cancer Survivors. There she learned some of the challenges cancer survivors faced and developed muscle treatment options for some of their symtoms.

Out of that emerged Torso Factor Par Advantage for Golfers and Cancer Survivors.

She has also developed Muscle Memory Therapy - Torso Factor.

Today Toddy is a member of Pink-Link, an organization who is actively involved in raising awareness and money for the cure for cancer.

Lecturer, teacher  and author, Toddy is available for speaking engagements for groups and organizations. She also provides private sessions.

She lives with her two dogs, Sam and Mz. Honey.
